DAY#19 - Progress Check #3
Mr. Scale & I are continuing our relationship on good grounds! I now weigh 346.2lbs. Another move in the right direction! My attitude is good right now. How could it not be! The sun is shining, the birds are singing and it is the middle of a 3 day weekend!
I am down about 7lbs, but for being on day#19 I wish it was a bit more. My goal for this next week is to cut more calories and increase exercise. I am hoping to break through the 10lb loss mark next Saturday.
