DAY#89 - Progress Check #13
I now weigh 266lbs. Still averaging about a pound a day. Can my body keep this up? Who knows, but I will take it. This week has been busy for me with lots of stuff going on. So forgive me for not keeping you up-to-date this past week.
Last night I took a detox bath. It was the second time I did it since I started my diet. I am not a bath person, but I read that it was a good idea and could help you release any toxins build up in your skin. So I prepared a hot bath in a whirlpool tub with baking soda, epsom salt & sea salt and spent about 25 minutes soaking and sweating. It was relaxing and refreshing and I slept well. Hopefully my skin is happier.
I want to apologize again that I haven't been all too informative this week. It has been a crazy week and with my work and home life the next three weeks are gonna be nuts. I think I will pull through them intact and still on track as far as my diet goes. I hope! I will be away from home traveling for at least 8 days before the end of the month and I am not sure exactly how I am gonna keep doing my daily routine. So pray that I might persevere.
