DAY#117 - Progress Check #17
Friends, I am excited to post that I now weigh 243 pounds. This brings me to 110lbs lost in short order. PRAISE GOD! I am closing in on my last posted weight goal of 220lbs. I think I can see the finish line ahead and I am excited! I fully expect by this time next month to be done with what is referred to as phase 2 of my protocol and onto phase 3.
So if I make it to 220 will I stay there? I dunno, only time will tell. I do however think 220lbs. will be my stopping point for my crazy dieting portion(Phase 2). I will be happy to have a huge head start on health and plan to using my finish line as my new starting line for my future healthy lifestyle. :)
As phase 2 comes to a close, I will start phase 3. Phase 3 will see me increasing my food intake and working on maintaining my weight for at least 3 weeks without gaining or losing any weight. I am looking forward to adding more food back into my diet but I am bit leery about controlling myself once I open the door to more food a crack. Currently with no hunger cravings I think it will be easy, but my logic kicks in and tells me it is never that simple.
