DAY#142 - My Drug
Been on my new HCG phase now for 6 days. Phase 3 has been interesting cause my food choices have exploded in dimension, opening up most veggies, all meat, more fruit, nuts, heavy cream & cheese.
Now is the struggle, cause I want to eat it all, now :) but i keep reading phase 3 works if i keep in moderation and make small changes. It is hard to try just one new thing a day. Yesterday I had an ounce of melted cheddar on my sauteed veggies and the day before a handful of macadamias. Making choices to fit in my calorie count for the day is amusing cause before i just ate it all. Hoping my weight loss is enough motivation to keep saying no to the thoughts of bingeing. Even after months of strict self-control I can see that it will only take a moment of letting my guard down to slip back into over-eating.
