DAY#148 - P3 YUMMINESS

I did something today that changed my life. I have been using Jay Robb protein shakes I think they are tasty and love them cause they are sweetened with stevia and the guy who runs the company is a Christian. Well today, I tried something new that made me love these shakes even more.
I had been drinking 2 scoops of protein shake mix with about 4oz of Heavy Cream, 8 oz of water, 7 ice cubes and a spoonful of sugar free benefiber. I put it in my blender for 30 seconds and YUM. it gave me a bunch of healthy fat and protein and loaded me with calories to start my day.
Well i started experimenting. Today I ended up with 4oz of heavy cream, 2 oz of Cream Cheese, 2 oz of water, 5oz of frozen blueberries, 2 oz of water. Blended for 30 seconds YUMMMMMM. it tasted like blueberry cheesecake. WOW. cutting back on the water brought out the flavors more and the cream cheese really popped. YUM. (And yes, this is a calorie heavy meal. ) I am sure it can be done with other liquids feel free to experiment. Personally I need to consume a bunch of calories a day and this is what i pick to eat in phase 3. I can not wait till tomorrow morning. Can;t decide if I want to do peaches or go with my chocolate shake. it is gonna be a tough decision.
